Data Processing and Analysis

• By accepting these Terms, you explicitly consent to:

  • Storage of your data on secure third-party cloud platforms and systems
  • Use of third-party services for payment processing, authentication, and account management
  • Analysis of property documents and data using AI/LLM technologies
  • Use of tracking and analytics tools to improve our services

Third-Party Engagement

• Plekundig may engage third parties to provide certain aspects of the Services
• This includes but is not limited to cloud hosting providers, AI services, payment processors, and analytics providers
• The applicability of Articles 7:404, 7:407 and 7:409 of the Dutch Civil Code is expressly excluded

Payment Terms

Ownership

• All Intellectual Property Rights in materials provided by Client remain with Client
• Intellectual Property Rights arising from the Services remain with Plekundig
• Clients receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the results of the Services

Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands
