Permitted Use

  • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Plekundig application for personal and commercial purposes.
  • Any use of the application's content, features, or functionality other than as specifically authorized herein is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

  • Copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application
  • Use data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering methods
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the application
  • Transfer access rights or share subscription benefits with unauthorized users
  • Attempt to circumvent any technological measures implemented to protect the application

AI and Analysis Protection

  • The AI-powered analysis, insights, recommendations, and methodologies provided by Plekundig are proprietary and protected intellectual property.
